We had a fantastic stay at the comfortable Mercure hotel in Aix-les-Bains. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early, offering us access to the spa next door. The location was perfect for attending the Musilac festival, with a bus stop just a short walk away. The pool and spa facilities were a definite highlight of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We came to the hotel for relax. But we could not sleep well because of false fire alarm at the middle of the night (2.30am-)... We including my baby was waked up by the huge noise. I asked the front lady why it was happened. She told me that it was caused by high temperature... I think the alarm system should be improved otherwise every nights during summer will be happened.

The hotel is nestled in a breathtaking natural setting, with stunning mountain views that took our breath away. It was like being in a fairytale! The kids couldn't get enough of running around and exploring the beautiful grounds. We also loved that the property was right next to the golf course and race track, adding an extra element of excitement to our stay. It was the perfect place to create cherished family memories.

We had a nice romantic weekend away. The hotel was situated right by a beautiful park, and the room had a balcony with wonderful views. The bed was very comfy and we slept really well. Additionally, the room service was amazing and the food was delicious.

The hotel was very outdated and it showed in our room, which was musty and smelled damp. The spa facilities were lacking and it seemed like an afterthought. The pool area was small and wasn't very clean. We had hoped for a weekend of relaxation but had to leave the hotel to find better options.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Aix-les-Bains for a weekend getaway. The hotel is set in a beautiful park and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that most of the rooms had balconies, and the easy free parking right at the entrance was a bonus. The attached Nuxe spa was a convenient feature, with pools, a jacuzzi, and a steam room that were open until 10pm every night. The room had a minibar fridge, a hair dryer, and a separate bathroom and toilet. a lovely stay!

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and it was a perfect place to host my seminars. The hotel has a large meeting space of 720 m² and ample free parking. Additionally, I was able to work out in the fitness room using their modern equipment.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center or dedicated workspace with office supplies and printing facilities.
